Terms & Policy

These terms are a simple summary of how Lux Lanes bookings are handled. By confirming a booking, you agree to the policy below.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we accept your request and receive any required deposit. Service availability depends on vehicle and chauffeur scheduling.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds apply to the amount paid at the time of cancellation (deposit or full prepayment). Cancellation timing is measured by full calendar days before the scheduled pickup time in Calgary local time.

  • 7 or more days before pickup: 100% refunded.
  • 3 to 6 days before pickup: 50% refunded.
  • Less than 72 hours before pickup: non-refundable.
  • No-show: non-refundable.

3. Changes to Bookings

We do our best to accommodate itinerary or timing updates, but changes are subject to availability and may affect pricing.

4. Service Conduct

For safety and service quality, riders must follow applicable laws and chauffeur instructions. We may refuse or end service for unsafe or abusive behavior.
